The following features are included in the gearing package and are all included in our fee:
  • Security Custodian Trust Deed
  • Review of existing SMSF Trust Deed (where applicable)
  • New corporate trustee for the Security Custodian Trust
  • Processing and relationship management with third parties
  • Assistance and communication of timeframes to you and your adviser (if applicable)

How long does it take to establish?
You should allow around 60 days for completion of the process from commencement of advice to settlement of the property transaction. However, this period can be longer in some cases, with the time you take to select a property being an important factor.
